Right now they are determining where the line is at

People have to know that academic $$$$ is more important than football $$

If a school like Texas can make sure there isn't a backlash the Big 12 will play
If not. The Big 12s decision can force the ACC nor to play because the academic universities will have more power and UVA and UNC could draw the same line.


If it was basketball UNC could be different but not football.
