Wake up 28 to Zip.
If the Ramblin’ Wreck does well tonight, there will be no quieting the ACC fans after Carolina’s big win last week.

BC and UMass are the closest things we have up this way to "local" major college football ... so this UMass whoopin' on Rutgers is kinda fun.

Alberto Mendoza is GT QB transfer from Indiana. Perhaps Alberto isn’t Fernando. There is no Mendoza line that these guys won’t cross in the transfer portal era.

Sure, you gotta love it. UMass is doing it every which way, just now downed a punt on the 1 yard line.

Colorado-Georgia Tech coming up. I’ll be sticking with UMass-Rutgers for the most part.
I saw Wisky vs Auburn was on. But when I turned it on , it was women volleyball. Still figuring out the new system

The Boys in the zebra shirts are going to take over now. The Big Ten is every bit as crooked as the SEC and this is a VERY bad looking loss. Just as I say that, two back breaking penalties on UMass 😂

Terrible call. If the whistle actually blew, it was way too early. It sure sounded like the whistle blew after the fumble.
It was after the fumble. How incompetent can that ref be? If the runner was down replay would have corrected it. You wrongly blow the whistle on a scoop and score and that cannot be.

Officials taking over. Rutgers needs 3 or 4 more calls and they will get them

Agree. They ran the replay several times and the whistle clearly sounds well after the ball is loose. The call should have been reversed on Review, but they never reviewed it. Complete bs as the whistle is clearly blown well after the ball is already loose - that's a live ball. The ACC then made a lame statement via ESPiN and the game announcers that the call was not reversed or reviewed because the call on the field was that the runner's forward progress was stopped so it was a dead ball - that is absolutely impossible as the Official's call does not take effect until the whistle is blown and the ball was out BEFORE the whistle therefore the Official's call is nonsensical and irrelevant on review because the ball was fumbled PRIOR to the Official's whistle. The play should have been Reviewed and the Official's call reversed as his call (i.e., his whistle blowing play dead) came well AFTER the fumble.
