Regular purses or handbags will not be allowed to be taken into the stadium. You can have a small clutch bag approximately the size of a hand. Otherwise you will have to be carrying a clear tote bag no bigger than 12x12x6.

I had to read that title twice. I thought it said Georgia "dime bag" policy.. I thought , "Cool, Georgia is more progressive than I thought".
