Get rid of the thread creation bar on the forum list...

This is just my opinion, of course, but the thread creation bar is a redundant feature that takes up prime real estate and should be removed. I post on another On3 team site (Kansas - Memorial Stadium Slant Suite) and they have it removed so you guys must have some flexibility with what you can do to your own team forum.

Anyone that wants to create a thread knows/can figure out the "Post thread" button in the top right. No one needs to create so many threads that you need a quick thread feature.
