No link, watching live. Fed sentencing guidelines are interesting, I was not aware you can be sentenced even based on acquitted and non-charged counts. Maybe I misunderstood that, but I don't think so. Acquitted on enticement charge.

The longer the sentence the better

I’d trade 20 yrs off her sentence if she spilled the beans on Epstein and what he was really up to
She needs to name names even if they might be pesky and include individuals within the upper echelons of the USA's Judicial, Administrative and Legislative arms of government.

The time to name names was prior to going to trial, no?
That's what I was thinking too but maybe Maxwell thought she would beat the wrap. Now that she realizes her associates couldn't save her during the trial, she has no choice but to save her own *** and lessen her sentence. I doubt she'll want to spend a couple decades in jail while she sees others walking free. Or maybe there's no more dirt to spill on anyone.

she will "commit suicide" first
Thanks Nitt, realistically you're correct. If she dosen't, there may be other influential people that will steer her in the proper direction before she testifies to her knowledge of Epstein's guests.
I believe it's going to be A "nothing to see here " type of performance...she's gone.

Not so fast my friend ! There is a. section of Federal Criminal Code known as “ Rule 35b” that specifically allows federal prosecutors to accept significant and impactful information from a defendant
found guilty . That information must be given and accepted within one year of being found guilty. If found credible….the defendant can receive a significant reduction of their sentence. I believe that any competent attorney would consider leveraging that in representing their client. Most often….this is a post trial tool.

Do you think he was up to something drastically different than what we already know?
Maybe. Like who was protecting Epstein?
wasn’t he convicted of rape? So why didn’t he have to register as a sex offender?
Who did he trade information with?
What dirt did he have on people?
there’s probably more I haven’t thought of

So the general consensus on this thread is that if she divulged names, addresses and proof of everyone who indulged in the Epstein prostitution ring she will most likely be executed. Very interesting. We lecture other countries on human rights, fair elections and political transparency but are quick to take someone out if they mention the names of prominent politicians, billionaire businessmen and members of the British crown.

Interesting. Thanks for sharing. Personally, it should have less sway with regards to reducing time or penalties AFTER a guilty verdict than before.

The things she is responsible for are vile and foul, nothing short of pure evil. I don't think she should be "Epstein'd" by those who participate in such activities behind the dark black curtains that shade their private perversions from the public personalities they portray.

Acknowledging that it's likely to occur is just banter. Not a should/ should not.

Was Epstein’s suicide the perfect storm. All of the planets aligned to allow a prisoner under suicide watch to hang himself?
🤔

There might be a retrial because jurors discussed their own abuse.

This just in…wealthy powerful people chase women, do drugs, avoid taxes, scratch each other’s backs. Get other people killed.

I can’t believe it. Nooooo. Can’t be.
