Just imagine the mess it's going to be when the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies collide in 2 billion years .
and empty.Wow and to think its only 6,000 yrs old.
You didn't see his wedding pics. They hired Google Maps as their photographer.Largest pic ever taken...
It's from the Hubble. The video starts out with the info at the bottom, but it's hard to read unless you go full screen.
The Deep Field photo is one I can sit and stare out for a long time; it just boggles the mind to know there are that many GALAXIES in just a tiny "slice" of our night sky.I realize that.
"They took 411 images and put them together to create the largest image ever taken. It’s a whopping 1.5 billion pixels and requires about 4.3 GB of disk space!
The image takes you through over 100 million stars and travels more than 40,000 light years."
I'm just saying the Deep Field pic dwarfs this one when taking into account the size of the object photographed. This pic covers one galaxy. Deep Field contains thousands of galaxies and shows million of light years of distance. Not saying at all this pic is not impressive.
Just a different way to look at it.
Researchers at Florida State successfully decoded the Wow! signal a few years ago, saying that it translated as "DTF?"Just remember the wow signal. anyone with common sense can tell you to dismiss that just because it never came back is silly. The only chance of a signal repeating like that is if they knew we were hear and were purposefully communicating with us........ instead its 99.9% probability an alien signal from that far away is not meant for us
