Giles 0-5???

Whew.... I know small schools if they get "unathletic" classes especially back to back struggle but 0-5 is rough from this proud program and fan base......

Giles has been blessed over the years, but there comes a point when a top notch program falls and that’s what we’re going through. Just about every team from 05-16 we had stand out athletes that kept the program near the top(Ricky Cook, Nathan Tanner, Ian Mann, Brian Mann, Brett Whitlow, Ryan Beidleman....etc) and we just do not have that now as well as low turn out. We have a lot of young players and some that have not played football since rec league. But despite the low that we’re at, I strongly believe that Giles will bounce back again one day and be a contender. We’ve won a state title in every decade since the 80s so we’re due for one in the coming years.

3-7 is a definite possibility, but 4-6 is what I expect.
