Why do you think they would hold him out tonight at home, but then play him on the road 2 days later (i know not far away)? That makes no sense to me. I would think like most have said, 5-10 minutes tonight, if he feels good tomorrow, then increase it a little bit wednesday.

If he's not ready to play tonight, he's not ready Wednesday.

I honestly think if he comes back tonight he will look pretty good but mostly due to the competition and adrenaline. Probably see the rust moreso during conference play but regardless it will be good just to see the young man get his confidence back and smile on the court

Just some things Capel has been saying, Nasty. They are very cautious right now. I do think they slip him in for a bit tonight. Got my fingers crossed.

Still scared to death. I watch his videos and he really has moves that punish knees. He twists and turns and jump stops really hard. And of course he dunks a ton so those landings get tough. Ive got my prayers up for him, not just for results for our team but for his health and future. He is SUCH a damn good kid with a fantastic attitude.

I agree, but hey when does it make sense! Lol if he does play I see more then 10 min. I don't understand how he can shake any rust in 5-10 minutes unless it's a straight 10 minutes and he's done..I know I couldn't. I hated coming in for 2 min, coming out ,back in 2 min ..I couldn't get warm lol .im not HG though lol .

Same things going on with bolden..I hope he gets some good straight playing time today also.curious to see what kind of shape he's in now .

I could see Wednesday just because it's a longer recovery from first game..that would be why I see him out tonight if he doesn't play..only one day and then another game..

Staff may want him to have a few days after game to see how he responds..

I 100% get being cautious, that's why I assumed they would play him for the first time at home just like Tatum and Bolden. It would be odd to me for Giles first game action to be on the road.

I think it's a mental hurdle, I think he's probably over the physical part.

I wouldn't expect him to be coming in and out, probably a solid 4-5 minute burn in each half would be ideal.

He's been doing 360 dunks for over a month and has had physical practice for 2 weeks. I think from a physical standpoint they know how he will respond. I think the biggest difficulty is the mental side.

Ok, i'm done guessing on this subject and i'll just be opposite michelle obama and actually "HAVE HOPE" for Harry to play tonight!

I wonder how much pressure Giles is feeling; college basketball fans all over will be tuning in just to see how his game looks.

So pumped to hear this news! Like people have stated 5-10 mins tonight to just try and get into some action and flow of gameplay and I'll be thrilled!

Great news! Can't wait to just see them all on the court..also expect Allen to be feeling a bit better from his toe...it will be nice to move past all this injury stuff and start seeing the team cohesion develop..

haha, hokie......I love you man. Yea, if we can all figure best game I can maybe get 4 of you a ticket, you just pay what it cost me, its not much at all. If I can get Oldasdirt to a game I got his ticket and dinner, on me! We'll all take in a game and throw down some good chow at the Skillet pre game.
