I agree but the foul disparity in this game was huge especially since half of the fouls called against BC were intentional fouls. BC was a pressing team with very few fouls called it just looks bad.

Agree the refs were bad today. But this isn't the first time the Cards have struggled against the press. It goes back to Macks first season when Miami exposed it. Then every other team busted it out if they needed to turn us over. Its just a bad look when UofL struggles against it game after game.

Well, think about it. Jones is probably the only true ball handler. As good as DJ is, he is turnover prone. Haven’t seen enough of Nickleberry, maybe Minland will be the answer. Last year we had guys like Sutton who could handle the ball at times.

Malik Williams is actually a key piece to breaking the press. He can receive the ball and can distribute over top of the defense. Also he’s a respectable free throw shooter so you aren’t afraid of him being fouled in end of game situations.
