I gave them 2 TDs and 3 FGs, so I believe in Eville more than you do!!! Locker Room Material from Crusader!!!
I do think GW has played defenses as good as Eville. I think NV was a monster defense with a LB or two that were as good as we've see all year. I just think GW's offense is clicking right now as they have cleaned up the sloppy penalties etc.
That assumes penalties are roughly even. If flags become very imbalanced, all bets are off.
can I ask a favor? Can someone on their way to the game - bump this thread so it's easier to find? I want to stream this bad boy game as well!!

Agree with you there. GBW has given up 29 points per game against teams with a winning record. I know they have played some pretty good competition but I think Eville will be able to put some points on the board. And the crazy stat is, Eville averages 29 points per game versus teams with a winning record! Looks like The stage is set for an epic battle in the 618.
How many points did HF score last week? They were ranked #2 in the state and averaged how many points? The Hitters defense will be fine. The offense and coaching decisions are a different story. The Tigers defense could bottle them up. A 10-7 game like the Stevenson semi two years ago would not surprise me. Hopefully if it is close and he has the chances, Hetlett won't pass up the 3 points this time.
both teams in my opinion have come a long way this season! Planning my saturday around the game.

H-F scored 14 real points in that game. A bomb with :19 left and the score 28-14 that was never controlled by the receiver but somehow called a TD provided the final point total. H-F averaged 45 points a game.
Against OPRF the average drive length of those 8 TDs was about 4 plays. Most drives were 1-2 plays. Eventually, when your defense is on the field the whole game, you are going to give up points. That OPRF game was the last game we played without our best LB who missed LT and HC.
E'ville will score but I think they will have to settle for more FGs than you might think.
E'ville defense is really good. I don't think the score is drastic like GWvStevie or GWvMC. Stevie game was weather driven at 20 degrees and windy. MC game was the most conservative game plan ever unleashed.
GW has learned that full throttle is the only way they can beat teams like NV and H-F. If over under is 42, I'll take the over, but not by much. Still think this is a 28-23 or 21-16 game.
