Glenvar @ Carroll

Did anyone attend this game that can give details, score was a lot closer than expected.

7-0 Glenvar at half; 21-0 Glenvar at end of 3rd; scored a TD then gave up 18 in the fourth.. Glenvar played awful 1st;2nd; 4th IMO. Sluggish to say the least. Also had a key injury in the first half that had something to do with how close the game was. If Glenvar plays like this again, they could very well get beat.

Thanks for the update, I knew something was up with that score. Glenvar can be really good if they play up to their capabilities, a lot like Galax.

Carroll might be getting a little better under the new coach.

Carroll might be getting a little better under the new coach.

They are getting better but if Glenvar played like they were capable playing it shouldn't have been close. Give Turner another year or so and I think you will see a big difference in their level of play.

I probably didn't give Carroll enough credit. They have a pretty good defense from what some of the players told me today.
