If I had any confidence in our D then I would say we still had a shot.
I have confidence that they won't be getting any WORSE, OUna...Does that count? Will it help?
I keep telling myself that they didn't get in the MESS that they are in, overnight, and they won't get out overnight...If we can hang on while they continue to develop there IS HOPE, IMO...
If I were in charge of hiring I would throw a bag of money at Don Brown, Michigan DC to come to OU. His units have ranked #1 against the pass for the last 3 years. Opponents are 12 or 45 in the last two games against his D. Michigan State had no answer for his secondary and his line is solid.
