I think we have clearly established 1 of 2 things ITT.
1). People who are big fans of Peter Dinklage do not like GOTG.
or
2). @OrangePhish and @BluegrassPoke are the same person.
He needs to send the letter to the psychos at Disney. They're the ones that did this.
Agreed. Maybe they should have backed him, and not fired him. But, now they can't go back.
They could just say we rushed to judgment and have reversed our decision. But I doubt they will.
I've read rumors that this is exactly what they're about to do.
With the Marvel juggernaut, Star Wars, and the Fox acquisition, the mouse is pretty full of himself.
But there are plentiful signs of weakness. I think this mess is one more chink in the armor.
If GotGv3 lets the fans down, things might start getting interesting. I fully expect the next Star Wars to be a commercial flop - maybe I'll be wrong. But several things are not lining up ideally for Disney on the movie franchise front over the next 18-24 months.

I would image he's under contract. He'll be in the movie, he's just going to be publicly outraged leading up to it
The next Avengers movie will be released before GOTG 3, so they can kill him off if he continues to push them.
Disagree. IMO, he is the funniest of the GOTG characters, and possibly the funniest in the MCU. I would hate to see them cut him out.
You misunderstood me. I meant replacing him with another actor. He is painted up so I would think they could get someone close enough looking to him to play the part. Not cut the character out of the movie.
No brainer, IMO. They can say, "we fired him" while keeping the product strong and the actors happy.
