I've noticed a lot of coaches this year don't bother punting or kicking field goals. Even on fourth and long. Seems like it's cost a few of them games because they didn't get points when they could have earlier. What's the deal lol?

Yes. He coached at Presbyterian College for a season. He’s no longer coaching football. I was really hoping he’d stick around and see if he could make it work. Unfortunately, he didn’t do himself any favors by choosing Presbyterian. They aren’t committed to a football program, in fact, they don’t even let their players register for classes early. I can’t imagine how hard it is to do football when you can’t guarantee that your athletes have a favorable schedule.If we are thinking of the same guy, he won like 9-10 high school state championships. Moved up to FCS program this past season.
He based his entire philosophy on either an economist or a mathematician. I think ESPN or someone did a story on him once. Kind of cool.
