It's like when the football playoff is going to 14 n 2026. The people are bitching because the sec and big 10 want a guaranteed 3 teams each. That's a bargain IMO. I'd ask for 4 each minimum guaranteed.

Sec is such a dominant conference overall throughout most, if not all, sports.

I agree, in fact I’d argue the SEC deserves a minimum of 4 and probably more likely 6 with the addition of Oklahoma and Texas. Regardless the top 2 teams from each division easily deserve the playoff.

I think we drop the divisions starting next year. Hence the Top 2, even if Western, will play in SEC title game.

But yeah, however you shake the SEC, the Top 4 in the bag should be in the playoffs.
