I told you NE should have no problems; game went about as I expected. Goldboro has some athletes but the need coaching and discipline which may be hard to instill in just one season.
Goldsboro players and coaches were out of control. They should be embarrassed. Never seen anything like what I witnessed last night
This is Holden Hodge our 5'6 1501b qb who filled the shoes over the last 6 weeks of our qb Biggie Proctor. He did an amazing job and led us to victory in two key games against Currituck County and Goldsboro. He brings a whole new dimension to our qb game. He is quick on his feet and is very elusive.
Goob, do ya'll expect Procter back this week ? Looks like Hodge is doing a heck of a job. I think you are in good hands with either one.
Yes sir he will be back behind center. That I can say with 100% certainty. Biggie is pretty good, probably not as good as the Whiteville qb but this is his first yr. He has decent size also. He's 6'0 and has a cannon for an arm. I love his game, he loves to throw. When he got taken out he had just connected on a 64 yd bomb for a td against Hertford County. Hodge has played great in backup but Hodge is our best receiver and even though he's small he has great hands. I much prefer Hodge at receiver but wouldn't be surprised to see him behind center some also.
It will be a big loss losing you out of 2A. There are some real good teams in 1AA. Being in a conference with Holmes and Tarboro aint no joke. If it does happen best to the Eagles.
