When u line up in power formations and run downhill running plays and he has his shoulders turned upfield he is a very good back, the offensive line also is much much better.

Glad to see him get a game like this before he graduates. Didn't have the career many thought he might have, but he's been a work horse for us.

Should be #1 RB going forward...guy makes his own yards, Newby still looks tentative. Notice on the 2nd to last TD how Newby can't get 2 yards to score...

Was it me, or did the coaches have a little more faith in the run game tonight? Anything to do with the O-line changes? Seemed like we could run pretty efficiently tonight.

I think the biggest thing Imani brings is his passion. He gets everyone jacked up. His play is inspiring. And frankly, I didn't mind bring Newby in on the short yardage by the goal line. They were clogging up the space and Newby is a little quicker and if he can find a small opening and get small he can lunge through for a td.

I think the biggest thing Imani brings is his passion. He gets everyone jacked up. His play is inspiring. And frankly, I didn't mind bring Newby in on the short yardage by the goal line.
