I'll go one step further. When it fails, Biff will call it the "Ryan Bill" just to put a name on it that's not his.

Dems get blamed....I sense the "hired leftist protesters" at the GOP town halls will be blamed, along with of course the petty Dems in the house (that the voting public needs to remove, if they want Obamacare repealed). Trump takes NO blame. Ryan does a little Potomac two-step and avoids blame.

Or.....Ryan and Trump might go to blows over who gets blamed
