CA needs to cut back on nonsense spending and invest in water reserves, IMO. They've had decades to get ahead of their problems.

Last time I was in Malibu it didn't look like it was built in a desert. Now Palm Springs maybe but aren't both SoCal?

Malibu is on the coast, but it's still very arid.
