I'm not surprised Mike Pansiak cracked the starting line up of Michigan State this year as a true freshman and started against Ohio State (7 tackles in a game is a lot from an interior Dlineman). He was already a man his senior year in high school when I saw him play for the first time. He was the quickest/strongest/meanest Dlineman I have ever personally seen play in high school and was wondering why he wasn't higher on the lists.
Article also shows how lighter recruited kids zoom up and their ceiling might be higher or their ceilings were misjudged. It's an art and not a science!!

Nice work by Mike thanks Mike. And trust me I fight for a lot of kids in those ranking arguments....that's why I started doing my own rankings separately so you guys get a better idea of exactly my thoughts on kids each year. My final 2017 Top 100 will be out tomorrow FYI
