Besides making these thieves do some hard time, I'd like to see as much of that stolen money that hasn't already been spent returned to either its rightful recipients, or the Federal treasury. If the thieves have any assets that can be seized to help re-pay a portion what they stole, seize it! Leave them penniless, just as they left the legitimate beneficiaries who were robbed of what they paid into and legally had owed to them!
