Yeah I just saw that. That is freaking awesome for him, new career high after just setting one in his last game. Taking advantage of some injuries and making the most of his opportunity. Incredibly happy for him.
So Grayson plays for Snyder do we think he has a shot as the next head coach?

No way Snyder coaches college basketball again. JMO. I think he's found his niche in the NBA. I think he's gone on record stating as a college coach he didn't like being under a microscope at all times. There were too many things to worry about that he didn't have control over.

Just looked it up, Vince Carter a decade ago.
First off, scoring 40 in ANY game is no small feat. Yes its not the same as doing it in a playoff game with the defense geared to stop you, but I don't think anyone ever expects GA to be THAT kind of player. However, proving that he has that potential is important.
As far a Snyder, I agree, who would want to come back and work for the NCAA. You have no control over what recruits do before you get them. You have to deal with campus life and issues. You have all the bureaucracy of college institutions, of which the head coach is an integral part. You have to fund raise, and do appearances etc. In the NBA you get to coach....thats it. What a job!

I miss this kid, I hope he continues to improve and gets a solid role next year.
