Correct. Mid year I thought he would leave but the more I thought about it the less that was going to happen. He absolutely loves duke. Next year will be his last so let's enjoy it.
He'd be in jail for the attempted murder of Xavier Rathan-Mayes right now if he wore spurs.

You guys making fun of big Luke probably don't know this. K recruited Luke to be the next Speedo Man. I heard it was a lifetime gig. Roy stole him out from under K with a promise of actually letting him get onto the floor in a UNC uni.
Is next year really his last year? I think next year's draft will be much deeper. Also, if he came back because he loves Duke, which I believe to be true, then why pass up having a senior night and your jersey retired? I don't believe it is set in stone that he will be gone after next season.

Was watching the video of grayson allen that was posted under the "grayson allen video" recent thread and outta nowhere the thought hit me of "I wonder if Grayson sticks around all 4 years if his number will be retired...?". Obviously he was extremely instrumental in us winning our fifth championship and was wondering if that and a very good 4 year career would be enough to get his number in the rafter at Cameron Indoor. What says the rest of yall?
Jason Williams graduated in 3 years and got his number retired. If Grayson helps Duke win a 2nd National Title, I think he could merit a jersey retirement after only 3 years - assuming he graduates next spring as expected. If he stays for four years, I think it's almost a guarantee that his jersey would be retired. 3rd-team All-American is a Sophomore ain't too shabby. I expect Grayson to lead the team in scoring next year and have another All-American season.
If he stays 4 he'll be national player of the year for sure... It's very possible he does it next year though
