Totally agree. Those towns don't want to give up their long and unique culture/history plus their would be very little benefit in combining the towns (agree with Napervillle Mayor on that point).

Even if the townsfolk voted for it (should it ever get enough signatures to make a ballot) I don't think it would affect the school districts much if at all. D203 only serves part of Naperville. The other part of Naperville is served by D204 along with parts of Bolingbrook and Aurora. If those two school districts haven't merged then there is no reason to think the school districts that serve warrenville would merge into D203 or D204.
