I finally had to turn down the sound on my TV. Getting Cunningham twice in a row was not tolerable. Listening on the radio is much more exciting. However, it was 64 seconds or two plays ahead of DTV. Can't we do anything to tell ABC/ESPN that Ed Cunningham is a bad color guy? Or do they think we are just whining too much?

The guy is simply unbearable. He talks just to hear himself most of the time, and he's usually wrong or too opinionated (or both).

I feel so bad for Mike Patrick. What a hard job he has having to deal with Ed every week. Having to fake laugh at all of Ed's awful jokes about JT Barrett wanted to change the pronunciation of his name. Having to gloss over Ed's terrible math and what he thinks are solid coaching decisions. Mike deserves better. He deserves a chance to not be in the ****-vacuum that is Ed Cunningham. We, as a fanbase, as a society, need to stand up for Mike Patrick and get him out of the shadow of what can only be described as the worst color commentator of the last 50 years. I stand for Mike.

I always thought I was hard on Ed, but I watched a condensed version of the last 2 games and it was even more obvious,

He can't let the microphone rest, he makes sweeping generalizations, he is the best official on earth, and he apparently would be the best coach in football.
