Mr. Gran and Mr. Hinshaw are pros in every sense of the word. Our offense will move the ball and do so with authority. Does that translate into more wins? I personally believe their talent and experience are worth two additional wins this fall. So, whatever your prediction for the upcoming season add two wins to it and you'll come close to the final won- loss record.
His persona is of a head coach. The guy has a vision for the team and has a philosophy in place to make his vision into reality.
He a planner and seemedto have a strategy for every situation and shouldn't be caught off guard by anything. In comparison coach Dawson seemed to be grasping for a game plan and very unsure of how to counter the opponents strategy.

Was going to post the same thing. Hope he is as impressive between the lines as he is behind the podium. Definitely talks like a HC and handled the crowd with ease and confidence.
yea, seemed like dawson's plan worked until they stopped it and then we were just stopped... no adjustment... no misdirection... just quit playing offense after they figure it out.
gran will get players the ball. he said he scripts plays to try get guys started but i think he charts touches too so he can get a guy the ball if hes not getting any. they also plan for the defensive adjustments that always come.

Who ever organized this needs to get more coaches to follow suit. I dont know if any other coach can control the room like gran but its refreshing to hear their plans and excitement for our programs future
