Media showed side-by-sides of Obama inauguration and Trump inauguration with the mall being full in the Obama pic and near empty in the Trump pic. This panoramic shows the mall full yesterday.
Intertesting. Doesn’t change the fact the comparison tweet was misleading or the fact that Made is dishonest.
So you saying, “Don’t believe your lying’ eyes. Take my word for it.” Yeah, well, the tweet shows an almost entirely empty mall. It’s clear from the CNN panorama that’s not the case. Keep going for those moral victories though.

Presidential success is not determined by how many people show up at an inauguration. The legitimacy of a president is not determined by how many people show up at an inauguration. In the big scheme of things it doesn't mean much.
What concerns me is that it matters so much to him, that he has to make up his own grossly inaccurate figures, and that he shouts "fake news" when something doesn't fit his narrative.
News should be challenged and fake news should be pointed out and verified. The fake claims of anti-Semitism and the removal of the MLK bust are good examples. That doesn't mean we should buy everything that someone says when they make the accusation of fake news.

This description by Fox isn't readily seen in the CNN picture from the stage. This is one of the things that makes me think that the lower camera angle might not be the best angle to view from.

The fallacy of which you are seemingly guilty is called the “Two-term Fallacy,” which is to say that reality must be either A or B when in fact their is an option C. You seem to frame the discussion as either (A) the media is wrong or (B) Trump is wrong. It seems obvious that (C) some in the media were wrong and Trump was wrong.
Like I said, Fox said today numerous times that today's crowd was larger and they estimated today at 400-500,000. Even if there was 500,000 at the inauguration, that is nowhere near Trumps guesstimate that he claims as fact
It well could be that both are wrong and to some extent that's likely.
--If you believe Fox then you believe that Trump is wrong.
--It may be that "other media" is also wrong. As to the pictures in the tweet there are a number of ways they could be manipulated. Photoshop is one way of course. It could also be that they were taken very early as the crowd was just coming in.
With the picture evidence shown plus the Fox description there isn't proof of that. In the CNN pic from a low angle, the mall area looks full but the Fox article clearly says otherwise.
Before concluding this is fake news I'd like to see more high angle shots. There must be some in such a photographed event.

There was a series on the History Channel called "Men Who Built America" or something similar about business and banking tycoons and I think most of them would qualify as narcissists.
Success people usually think highly of themselves. Trump may be one of the worst ever at hiding it. But a president who is a narcissist is hardly unusual...

Just be careful in swallowing when people in power cry "fake news" when the news that's being reported doesn't serve them. Media bias is real but when people ruling the country can sweep aside reporting so easily just by making a claim we are all in deep ****.
