Greatest Movie Villians

That's pretty solid. I disagree with Ursula over Maleficent though.
I don't think these next four are the greatest, but they're my personal favorites:
Megatron/Galvatron
The Phantasm
Tetsuo
Syndrome
I'd have Judge Doom on there but I don't guess he counts, since all we ever see of his animated form are his hands and eyes.

I didn't like Galifianakis as the Joker.
I haven't seen Leto's or Phoenix's takes.

There are many more less obvious nominations but at risk of appearing superficial and obvious, I still always default to Kahn in this category. Nobody ever played a villain better than Ricardo Montalban did:
I don’t like Leto’s Joker but Phoenix is amazing as the Joker you need to see it.
My top 4 Villains would be:
1. Joker
2. Darth Vader
3. Hannibal
4. Scar (animated version)

Gary Oldman is top 5 no question and True Romance is one of my favorite movies ever. But to have all these Oldman fans in here with no Jack Grimaldi from Romeo is Bleeding is disappointing. Not a top 5 villain movie, but one of his best.

OT Vader, the Wicked Witch of the West from Wizard of Oz, and Hannibal Lector. I also like Gene Hackman as Lex Luthor.
Still hate that guy for that role 50 years later. John Wayne told him the public would hate him.
