Me too. But not purée... needs to be a little a little rustic.

50-50 parsley/cilantro but with a few sprigs of fresh oregano as well. Garlic.

I use Gray salt.

Agreed, you don't want chimichurri made into babyfood (over processed). Red and Green styles are both acceptable. Argentina is a big country so you have regional differences. It is also made in Uruguay which is where this authentic recipe originates. This variation uses parsley and oregano but no cilantro (which I don't like).

Well i made homemade pizza last night. But i really wanted to grill (family wanted pizza). So i grilled chicken wings. Grilled using pepper, cajun seasoing. Took them off, put them in a shake bag of Franks hot wing sauce, back on for 20 minutes. Simpleton, but was very tasty.

If anyone Local & handy has any interest in making a little cash, I'm in the market for a Custom Egg table.
I'm about to start on my egg table. I've got the cedar and could start as early as the coming weekend. Gonna be a dual egg setup with a medium and large and I'm putting in a slide out drawer in the middle with a couple of propane burners.

Will look similar to this...

On hour 1 of 14# brisket cook.

Kinda pissed that the fat cap was stripped clean down to meat... fuggin’ Yankee rookies. I gotta hawk the fire. If this thing spikes past 250°, I’m making dog food. 8th grade graduation BBQ tomorrow.

Straight Salt & Pepper Rub. Butcher paper wrap in t-minus 7 hours. On my deck, sucking down domestic swill out of my father’s day Yeti.

Also doing brined chicken thighs and Bama-Lucy-Gruyere Hangar burgs.

Already made Slaw, Tater salad and Mac salad.

Something almost identical to ymmot's, actually. Only my 2nd slot would be for either a Gas or Pellet grill, which I'd need to decide pre-build, obviously.

How long is yours ymmot? #nohomo
