When I called the upset last week, I thought that Cougar magic would spill over for one more week. The clock is going to strike 12 for everybody sooner or later. But West Craven is a good team. For SWE to make it this far and win on the road twice, they had a hell of a season.
You didn’t call an upset. You predicted one! Big difference. A lot of statistics you completely ignored. But it’s ok. Eventually you will get it right. I been saying nobody would beat us at home. Now we have to find out how bad we want it. Reidsville is a dang great program and team. Dionte I’d say is the best athlete in the state. We will show up!
I saw them back in 2023, that team was loaded and beat a good Clinton team. Harrison and Neal were both hard for that Clinton defense to stop. Get that West Craven defense fired up this week before Friday night, and next time I'm down in Vanceboro I plan on stopping by West Craven High. Two good friends of mine graduated from there. I appreciate you taking time to watch the show.
