Guess for Caleb Holt

Some Bama fans are confident about their chance on Holt because they think Holt will play pg under Nate Oats system, and Holt will happily accept this.

I still think Kentucky is currently #1 option for Holt if Stokes does not come to UK. Bama will have a ton of sg/sf next season, and don't think Holt playing 1 at college makes sense.

If Stokes comes to Kentucky, I don't see Holt coming here

The board may move but the doom and gloom posts will never leave. We get one of them. Only thing I'm in my head thinking about is, they say it's Stokes or Holt, and Stokes or Collins. If all that is true I feel Holt AND Collins are a better pick than just Stokes. But I also understand Pope building his following with KY boys getting the love and being part of this tradition as it has been since it's beginning. We don't know as much as Pope does and I'm fine with how he thinks we should navigate that trio.

It's a natural 2 and combo 4 who are thinking about sharing with Stokes because he is talented enough to take minutes from a 2 and from a 4. I'd prefer 2 out of the 3, if they bought in and realize how much money could be made before heading to the league, all 3 could come with Collins being a possible 2nd year guy to go higher in a weaker class.

I could see Pope going all in on transfers next season. Since he seems to be more comfortable with older players. I’m not a fan of this style of roster building but we will see what happens

Holt said in an interview a month ago he wants to be the man on the team and not play with other 5 stars that would want the ball.
