This might be the right pick.. Greer was on the court for a nice chunk of NU's run in the first half against Indiana...but then wasn't on the court when NU let the lead slip away in the second half. I'm sure Greer would have a positive number for the Indiana game.

Still, Greer would be a surprising answer--at least for the first part of the question.

Greer is indeed the correct answer. While he may be subject to small sample size data, playing only 12 minutes per game on average, the team has scored 73 points in 65 possessions when he is on the floor (1.12 PPP) and was +1 against Minny, +4 against IU, and +12 against Nebraska.

In the last 3 games, our offense scores the fewest points per possession when Pete Nance is on the floor, only 100 points in 119 possessions (0.84 PPP), though he is only -4 in those 3 games.

On the defensive side, our best performance (again, small sample size alert, 10 minutes per game) is when Jones is on the court, allowing just 40 points in 55 possessions (0.73 PPP). Second best is Turner, allowing 91 points in 117 possessions (0.78 PPP) while playing 33 mpg.

We give up the most points per possession when Young is on the floor, at 158 points in 142 possessions (1.11 PPP) in 28 mpg.

I would imagine matchups and substitution patterns have a lot to do with this (along with sample size)
