Guitar players: feedback on Telecaster

-my acoustic is a Larrivee d-03e. made in Vancouver before he/they moved to Cali. Great bang for buck... easily on par with Martin,imo.

-it feels high-end, plays easy... still haven't gotten it to the basement to run it through amps and such.

^had my eyes on one for a while, found at GC website for 300 less than I've seen any used one on reverb. Don't *need* it... but **** it, life is short.

-also there is a nice commanche at GC lex now... those pick ups intrigue me. Been looking at asat z3's for just that reason. "Tele" >> "strat" for comfort/playability imo.

Oof. And I'm not even a big Explorer guy. Gibson BurstBuckers, a real Floyd Rose, 2Vols NO tone knob with a push/pull blower switch. $800

I just bot my first Explorer about 9 mths ago: shockingly well balanced and fun to play... just don't turn around before looking lol.

I have two acoustic Larrivee guitars -- an OM-03R and a D-09. Both first rate. Very balanced tone. The brand originated in Canada, but now are models are made in California. All solid wood and competitively priced with the big guys, like Martin and Gibson.

I was wondering if you still had that. I was the one that recommended that and the Strymon Flint when you got back into it a while back. They are great. I have an L-03 and a D-03.

-of course. Still have the flint in rotation.

-just ordered an abc switcher, been using a radial aby... for cleanish/dirty simultaneously through my burriss/bogner. Just retrieved some gear from buddy's studio... including a 75ish twin reverb. So now it'll be clean/slightly dirty/dirty.
