I hope that we can hold onto this recruiting class. We definitely need help at qb. Go Cats!!

Dino Babers is the new Syracuse coach, probably very familiar with Hoak from his days at Bowling Green.

He's pretty accurate but probably needs a RS to adjust, but because Towles is transferring and Phillips is eh. Hoak would probably be 2nd string. I am so glad Hoak is enrolling early just to make an easier transition to next year.

Everything I've seen indicated that Hoak is fully committed. Now, if he got an offer from OSU, I might start to worry, but Syracuse? Not a good team, not a good city, not good weather, and not in the SEC.

Guy in HOB is from his hometown and seen all his games. Seems to think he won't see any snaps here. Who knows....he camps at different schools and we were the only power 5 to offer. One if the few lower level schools in a bowling green does and the coach gets hired away to a bigger program and he extends an offer from the new school. Of course New York is not a hotbed of QB talent.

Of course we would say this.
If he is accurate and delivers the ball on time, he can run this offense.

Dino runs an exciting brand of football and I could see how an offer from Syracuse might be intriguing. He had the leading passer in the nation at BGSU this past year and they led the nation in Total Offense. QB's will succeed in his system.

Can the kid make all the throws? Is he coachable? I would love to see an arm like Towles but the ability to come off his first receiver.

That's some pretty impressive cred .. HOB member and saw all his games. Guess that settles that.
