Re: GYER28-0

This is going to be a fun one. Look for a little extry Ulis to combat ball pressure. Razorbacks are getting a little high on the hog, and run the risk of being spit roasted today.

Cats cover.

This first game is going to go 30 minutes over. Hopefully they don't push the Miami-unc tip time.

Wouldn't mind starting Ulis today with the Harrisons to combat the pressure. Don't want a slow start.

WCS should have 10 dunks today, this will be his type of game thrive.

Hoping for Lob City.

Re: GYER28-0

This doesn't matter because we're 28-0 so nothing has worked so far...

Shows, Nance and Poole.

Guys like Shows and Nance aren't good enough to handle a game as physical as I imagine Kentucky vs. Arkansas will be.

This may be the best slate of hoops of the year, TS.

Lots of intriguing GAMBOL

Anton Gill is 4-4

Pretty sure those are the first 4 made shots of his career.

I guess Texas just doesn't care, but if they miss the tournament this year don't they have to fire Barnes? I'd question the AD's ability to run such a large athletic program if he doesn't.

Ron Baker is my favorite guy to watch shoot 3s (non UK). Every single time it leaves his hand it looks not only like it's going in, but that it's not going to even graze the rim.

He's butter.

MVC basketball is so underrated. So many great gyms/venues, and most of the schools are in the middle of nowhere, and have nothing else but their basketball team, which the communities worship.

Good stuff.

I've not heard a louder building all year than the first few minutes of this Witchita game.

Will kindly GTFO after but that is about as good as you can put it. This sport we love is special in that way.

Get Joe and his ridiculously ****** leather chair-strewn studio out of this game. Is he in the back of a Goodwill?

Bye.

UK 83 Ark 69, but it won't be that close. I think we kick *** today.

Wodie, Northside Christian is legit, right there on Bank just before you get to 22nd St. I haven't heard anything about them going to state though. They're smaller than Portland Christian.

Really hope that Wichita or Northern Iowa don't get put in our bracket. Not because I'm scared of them but because I think they could take out some of the other potential 1's and 2's.

I'd never subscribe to the LHL or CJ but there's something nice about having your small, hometown newspaper delivered if you live out of the area. Even better if it's weekly. Just a tiny reminder of home.

No sideline reporter listed on ukathletics.com. Not sure how we're going to make it through the broadcast.

Portis is a helluva player for them. Won't be surprised if he is a top 15 pick. Love his game.

Re: GYER28-0

I have this jazz playlist that I listen to during games (it helps me stay calm)

It's all Oscar Peterson, upbeat stuff, vintage...

When we're really firing, it's amazing how well it meshes with the action on the screen.

The way we mesh, like a great jazz trio.

Just thought I'd toss that out there.

Yeah, I'm pretty high.

Re: GYER28-0

^ I like his stroke better than Aaron's, TS. Dude needs to simplify that motion, jesus.

His shot misses *badly* wayyyyy too often for a supposed "shooter". You can usually tell as soon as it leaves his hand it's not gonna be close.
