Okafor gets the exact opposite whistle of Dakari and Towns. Tap him and it's called. It's every single time. Not to mention when he bulldozes over someone and they fall over it not only isn't a charge, not only is it not a no call, but it's almost always called a blocking foul. It's happened all year, and I'm getting just a little sick of it.

Think Mitchell will get another raise for underachieving in the tournament again?

According to the Pasadena Post, I'm pretty sure two of the officials from yesterday's game were on Cal's list of guys. I know Ray Natili was one of them.

I do wish Cal would put a little bit more heat on the refs as the game goes along. I hate that it works, but if you watch Duke, clearly it works.

^ Great. We need another conference game or two where the other team wants to keep the score in the 30s. Touch you MSU if you hire that SOB.

Enterprise rental cars boasts that they hire more college grads every year than any other company!!1!1

(Let's just assume that's true and take a closer look at what it really means. Is it because Enterprise is growing faster than any other company? No, I'm pretty sure that's not it. So why do they hire so many college grads each year? The only explanation I can come up with is that they have terrible turnover, and those college grads keep leaving as soon as they find something better. So, congrats Enterprise?)

I'd much prefer KU to WIchita as a potential Elite 8 opponent.

Oh well

- lol @ Kansas.

- Wichita State is scrappy and well-coached but we'd swallow them hole.

- Enterprise is an awful place to work according to the 5 or so people I know who have worked there.

- Still a lot of great basketball to watch tonight :-D

I interviewed with Enterprise right before graduating from college. It was obvious the lady hated her job, so I mentioned it. She basically said, "yeah, if you have any other promising prospects, you should probably pursue those."

I know two people who started there (probably 2 of the 5 Chad knows), and they didn't stay too long.

At least Kansas fans don't have to worry about getting embarrassed by UK again.

How fun is that Wessel/Connaughton matchup going to be? Hell, every matchup, really.

ChokeHawks are predictable. My bracket had them going out right where I thought.

I hate the potential matchup solely because of the storyline of Wichita State avenging their loss on the undefeated team one year later. Not that they wouldn't me super focused anyway but it would be personal. We should kill them on paper and it's raftardian but can't help but feel that way. Pretty sure they HATE us. On Friday there was a group of Wichita state fans decked out in their gear coming out of the bar where they had watched the win over IU and spotted me in my UK shirt. They immediately went from laughing it up to giving me 4 "***** stole my fish" stares. I smiled at them and kept walking.

I'd much prefer Witchita State. One, we respect them after last year. Two, I don't want to play a team we beat by 30. There is at least potential there to get complacent. Three, we will straight up murder Witchita. They have zero answer down low.

I actually think our Sweet 16 game is going to be closer than the Elite 8 game.

I said it was raftardian, and all I said was I hate the matchup for the sole reason of the storyline. Not scared at all. Just saying it would give them that extra piece of motivation and the belief that the undefeated team can lose. It would get very old very quickly too (they're already teasing that storyline as I type this). But we should kill them.

Wichita state would give us a scare, for sure. But they'll probably roll over and die against notre dame anyway so I'm saving my stroke/heart attack/ psychotic breakdown for Wisconsin/arizona. Will have 2012 UL final four type nerves for that one (probably worse)

So, as of now we're dealing with Notre Dame, Wichita State, and either WVU or Maryland fanbases in Cleveland.

A veritable cauldron that will be.

We will kill any of those teams down low if, and it's a big if, we continually pound the ball inside . Seems we go away from it for stretches at a time. Hell , how many times did Karl get the ball in the paint in the second half saturday? Not nearly enough.

I haven't seen them play much this year, but West Virginia won't press us will they? I understand that's what they do this year, but, I mean, that'll be a blood bath if they do.

You want to press us go ahead. Ulis would carve that ish up and with Andy and a-Ron able to pass over the top out bigs would have dunk fest. Probably why we haven't seen much it this year

9:45 tip really means 10:00 because we all know when you follow up another game it goes over the 2 hour time allotment...

So expect a game that ends around 12:30 and then you won't get to bed until about 1:30 because you're so keyed up.

Enjoy.

Wisconsin playing like a **** sandwich, and Oregon chooses to get food poisoning, **** their bed, smear it all over themselves, and do a headfirst dive into their bed from their brother's upper bunk. HATE those touchers. They look entirely beatable now but they'll be firing on all cylinders when we play them no doubt. Will be pulling for UNC against the honkeys. Touching white people, man.

Good job by the committee giving UL a free pass to Sweet 16. Can't believe those clowns are surviving first weekend.
