Man, this sandwich from MEATS BBQ Market, which is opening soon near Sal's, looks tasty. Nice little combo going on here.

BBQ Brisket, Mac n Cheese + Cornbread Melt

Anyone played Polo Fields? I'm aware the club is struggling big time (like so many others), but how's the actual course?

Getting a little tired of responding with "No problem". Think I need to expand. Testing out "No worries" the last couple weeks, and seems to feel okay. Would work much better if I was Australian though and could tack on a "mate" at the end.

I can't listen to people answer questions anymore without waiting for the responder to begin with, "Well..."

80% of the time.

Drives me insane.

Best bar BY FAR in Lexington- Jaimanthony's Back Deck Bar & Lodge. Cheap, sometimes free beer. Good food. Pizza Rolls. Good music. Sluts. Tons of sluts. Walking distance from campus. Dece clientele.

I'm a staunch "You're welcome" man, myself.

"No problem" is perceived as a millennial scourge in the workplace, jmco.

You're welcome is fine. Nothing at all wrong with it. I use it quite a bit for work purposes. I never realized "No problem" was a millennial thing, as I've used it, and others our age have used it, for several decades.

No problem showed up in the 80's and almost coincides with millennials, per some book.

I feel like I say "sounds good" a lot in reply to something I agree with. I hate replying with "ok"

"No worries" has been a fixture in my vocab for a few years now. Seemed a little less played out than "no problem" at the time. Also like to think I was out in front of never using LOL. "Ha" has always been my go-to.

I can't listen to people answer questions anymore without waiting for the responder to begin with, "Well..."

The one that irks me is beginning each new thought or topic change with "So...."

I'm a big fan of the British, "will do," and will throw out an occasional "ta" to my more cosmopolitan email recipients.

Made a $100 bet with a guy at work that UofL won't crack the Top 10 in basketball next season (including postseason).

We'll see.

"No worries", "all good", and "word" are my go to responses.

I hate K and Cheers, I also hate it when people feel the need to be the last one to text but almost bait you into sending another text yourself. Knowing if you don't you look like a prick and if you do they are just going to send you another text.

"You're welcome" is the proper response to "Thank you".

"No problem" / "no worries" are the proper responses when someone says "I'm sorry" or "Excuse me".

IMLEHO, where Millenials go wrong is saying "No problem" in response to "Thank you".

I guess, but that's a pretty silly thing to GAF about.
