Based on his picture/video of diving in to that hotel pool, it looks like he has lost some weight. Some were saying he was pushing 500.

I've never repaired the glass, so I don't know. My wife has spidered a 4 and later dropped a 5S in the toilet (on day two!) but she carries the insurance so she got new ones for *free(!).

Personally, I would sell the cracked phone to Gazelle (or whoever) and upgrade to the current gen (for better a camera, et al) rather than put $100 in a two generation old phone.

*free = ~$200 each time plus $8/month forever to carry "phone insurance."

Mines not spidered but I do have 3 cracks along the top and a guy offered me $100 to fix or $100 to buy it. Considering I could only get $200-$250 for it in good condition that seems about right.

I never really thought of Lorenzen as being all that bright and I think he surrounds himself with people who enable him to live up to the 'Hefty Lefty' persona. What he really needs is a come to Jesus meeting with someone he trusts and respects to tell him to get his **** together. Part of his problem is the novelty of his weight is what keeps him relevant and he seems to enjoy the attention. That's all well and good, but a little celebrity isn't worth sacrificing quality of life and good health.

Lorenzen is mammoth space eater in person ... Shook his hand and barely actually shook his hand, it was more like trying to palm a basketball.

Conversely, Couch is yoked up in that pic

I'll give Lorenzen this, dude is the mayor in the press box, someone is always chatting him up, getting a pic. it's also probably the one place he doesn't have to put on a show because there aren't "fans" around but he's still great to everyone.

There are definitely a few that what you hear on the radio/read from them is an act. Completely miserable to everyone around them not in their circle.

Two of the nicer/cordial ones are Tom Leach and ol Rob Bromley. Bromley actually shot me a wink and a gun as he saw me pull out a Reese's cup ice cream from the cooler

Lorenzen was actually >|< this close to being The Biggest Loser sports edition they had a few seasons back.

Came down to him and Scott Mitchell... Would've been fun to see him in that, I bet he would've rocked it, maybe even catapulted it into something sustainable for his weight

Booked a trip for lassie to Portland to visit her old grad school bestie solo in early December, for 3 nights. #GroveSt [cheers]

...and then countered & booked myself an *approved* return (solo) trip to The Meadows the weekend of November 7th to "even things out" and really get it out of my system.o_O

No shame in a solo Vegas trip at all.

Think this article probably helps to explain your lass' fear of flying:

It's pretty clear he's entered NF's territory with the weight. He'll regret it once he really starts to have health problems and is too broken down to do anything about it.

No shame here, trust me.

Although I do have PTI(pti) and ABH thisclose to joining me...(details pending) o_O

But if not, I'll be just fine, as that's how I anticipated it going, which would be just fine. I know what I like out there now, and won't have to worry about my poor anxiety-ridden wife in the hotel room suffering.

I pretty much "choked" out there for those reasons, and she felt terrible about it, although I didn't let it bother me. She was great really, didn't offer a bit of resistance & played like she was just fine (I knew better) -- and Pretty sure she knows it affected me, and that's why she's giving me this re-do. #blessed

But...:fire: #shew

- A true eating disorder is very difficult to overcome without serious psychologic help.

But he's a former freak athlete with access to the best dietary and athletic performance coaches in the country, he could lose that weight in 6 months.

- I haven't gambled more than twice in the last year, an unfortunate record low for me. These Draft Kings and Fan Duel website are sooooooo simliar to the online poker businesses that it's starting to creep in to my mind. And then I got curious, did a little digging and found the online forums where the former poker whiz kids are running computer programs to absolutely dominate these online DFS leagues. Bunch of 16-25 year olds destroying all of the wannabe NFL footballs. Saved myself a little money.

Those frozen Reese's ice cream sandwiches are thebomb.com. But I'm cleaning up the diet, so no more of those for me at the games. I woke up feeling kinda crappy Sunday and i certainly wasn't hungover. Saturday's meals weren't my norm, IMO.

Must have been 10-15 cruisers, the SWAT van and the bomb squad at the softball complex tonight.

And yours truly yolked one just right of the cruiser behind left center and the nearest cop roping a section of the lot off tried to catch and it busted his ***.

Still have no idea wtf was going on but someone said a girl was threatening suicide. Florida never disappoints with crazy ****.

Have the algorithms starting winning Draft Kings and Fan Duel?

Have it on pretty good authority that's imminent.

-J-Lo is f*cked. Short of a life or death scare, if even that, nothing is going to help that dude. He seems like a really nice dude but it's absolutely a disorder. I mean he couldn't cut and keep the weight off to stay in the NFL and make millions of dollars. His pinnacle in life is backing up Eli Manning. I saw him in a public speaking event about 5 years ago and it was pretty sad. He rehashed Brooks telling him if he didn't weigh in and 265 he wouldn't play. Dude cut weight, hit 265 on the head, and within a month had already put tons of weight back on. Talked about how all the coaches wanted him to switch to OL. Why on earth wouldn't you just do that? I appreciate what he does but I feel awful for him.

-So we all hate Baker this week, eh? Cool.

Algorithm or not there is simply too many games at too many different financial levels to take advantage of everything. IF you can avoid your greed and have fun money can be made.

Sunday I hung out with a group that is ate up(haha used correctly) with this stuff and everyone one of them won at least $100. Of course they were gambling on games and stuff too so what they won on FanDuel they handed to their bookie.

But they have $1000 buy in with 100 players and pay out 85K so right there is a 15K profit for the site, and there are multiple games like this at 1pm, 4pm and the combine the Sunday/Monday games as a group.

I gambol, and I'll admit that **** is beyond degenerate, so I thru $100 bucks at it to see for myself.:sunglasses:

I walked into work the other day and JLo came in right behind me. He is a behemoth of a man. From the espn profile it seems like he needs psychological help, particularly with depression. Pretty certain we'll see where he dropped dead walking across the parking lot some day. He has to be atleast 400 lbs.

Eh, Billy Joe NFLCat will continue to win the "lottery" pools with a million entrants. But the smaller games will be overall won by the professionals who put in the crazy volume week in and week out.

cops are cowards for pointing the finger of blame at Stoops, but they are right to try and limit this stuff. cant have everyone trying to put on fetish cosplay acts in the middle of the road while at the same time 100 players/coaches are in single file trying to briskly walk 300 yards on a tight minute by minute schedule. do your weird Raiderfan like thing outside the ropes, Daddy Boom.

nice to unplug a couple days and then catch back up on reactions. shew wee, buncha fans are taking this loss far too hard. some of people act like Florida was an abysmal 2-10 team last year, last time I checked they had more wins than we did, top to bottom have vastly more talent than us. Win this week & we are still ahead of even the most optimistic predictor's wins for September.

that said, pretty worried that we lose by more than 2 td's on Sat. unfortunately I think the offense gets worst before it starts to figure itself out & get better. Dawson (with Stoops leaning in his ear) is far too timid and conservative. O line a mess, causing Towles to be gunshy looking at the rush rather than open receivers downfield. Mizzou is just the best at producing NFL quality D linemen year after year, afraid they chew us up on the line.

Ran into Reverend Willams at the Cat Walk. Dude was fired up about the police not letting him do his thing. He didn't believe Stoops told them he couldn't get in the ropes.

Told him he just do his thing outside the rope up and down the sidewalk. He started going off about how he can't because he shoulder pads would hit people and he needed wider space. He then started preaching something. Dude is intense.

Ol' Man Boom strikes me as the type who walks just up to the edge of the "uncomfortable" line with his antics. I could be wrong. Probably am. I think the worst of people. Not a good trait. Trying to do better. Just livin' day-to-day.

The cops never wouldve stopped a basketball player's father that was wearing full uniform and just wanted to harmlessly rile up a few thousand fans.
