I think great show is being generous, but it was entertaining enough for me to keep watching..helps that the episodes last about 12 minutes. It's an easy, fun, show.

I thought that 2011 team had some horrible luck on the road. Weird bounces, teams shooting out of their minds. I'm not sure we can say that about this one.

Yeah, there was absolutely no bad luck at LSU, *BUT* Ohio State did shoot out of their minds and Lee was injured before the first TV timeout in the UCLA game, so that would qualify as bad luck. That's 2/3 losses where your 2011 circumstances apply.

Considering LSU probably should have beat us last year in Baton Rouge it is definately not a surprising loss. The way it happened is what is the killer.

Starting watching Season 4 of Arrested Development on there and it's already clear the episodes are too long. Not sure a new season was a good idea.

AD Season 4 wasn't very good. At least not compared to the first 3.

I guess "great" is a little much but not a lot of good comedy out there right now. Tons of good drama though.

LSU was by far our worst loss. Frankly, it may not have matter what SEC team we played on the road that night, we may have lost. Our heads weren't in it from the start.

The Duke win is the big outlier, but the theme seems to be when we leave Rupp and/or play on a bigger stage, we crap our pants. #soft

Still have the same Ulis, but missing the swag from that game. Briscoe- even Skal and Humphries- showed some attitude that game that we haven't seen since. Plus, our D was ridiculous.

Pretty obvious that this team plays to the level of it's competition. That's why they're so infuriating.

I disagree. That LSU game was getting a lot of hype and they mailed it in. UCLA and Ohio State were both marquis games and they didn't play well in those either.

This is what I don't understand. I guess as you said "swagger" is as good an explanation as any, but defense doesn't tend to go away or go "cold." I get everything else that's happened, Skal not being as-advertised, Briscoe's shot disappearing (edit: Never existing.), Murray being a ninny... But there's no reason this team isn't still a holy terror on the defensive end. I guess we're just that soft in the post that teams are figuring out that if you have a bruiser inside you can just pound it inside and the rest of the defense is trying to solve that problem and thus things open up on the outside. We need Skal, Poythress, and Lee to forget about everything else and just focus on rebounding and not being sieves on defense. If we could get that-- just that, out of the post, we're a title threat. So far we haven't, and we aren't.

Take a look at the defense Briscoe played in the Duke game bodying his man up and moving his feet like a mad man and compare that to his recent performances. His defense has dropped quite a bit.

Our D was ridiculous against Ole Miss then we come out and couldn't guard a girls middle school team against LSU. Head scratching.

Lurker..

Farnsley is a nice gym, or at least it was when I was in 7th grade. No one is going to die, unless it's basketball involved.
I'd be interested in playing Sundays, if that happens.

...and not an intro theme like the others, but 'The Killing' theme that ends every episode is :scream:, especially the final 30 seconds or so.

I watched Brody's new show "Billions" yesterday. Showtime has the premeire online now even though it doesnt actually air until later in the month. Was solid and will watching. Its your basic cat and mouse between a hedge funder and the US Attorney. Also the opening scene includes Paul Giamati being burned with a cig, then pissed on by a gal in thigh high leather boots.

[banana][smoke] at Laguna Beach... Hillary Duff really brought it with that jam.

Well, someone shot a police officer at high noon in shively. RIP, y'all.
[laughing]

Just talked to a high school buddy who grew up on Eden lane where it happened said cops are everywhere near his parents house. Can't even get out of their driveway.

Guess its best to start looking for gyms in Anchorage.
