Re: GYER38-0

I couldnt handle sitting up top at YUM! last week- i cant imagine how much worse its going to be at Lucas Oil. The prices for the upper level have gone down a bit, but the decent seats are holding pretty strong. Starting to look like Saturday may not happen for me. Guess I could still cruise up if we get past Wisconsin- suerly some hotels would have to open up as loser fans head out of town.

Hoping for a 'steal' (
) on Loge.

Have no illusions I'll do any better than that. If no, sportsbar it is for Saturday.

Based on my ability to stay in my lower seat last weekend, probably be the smartest move anyways.

Ha, Jesus.

Can you IMAGINE the fit those few people are going to throw after they drop a mortgage payment to sit there?

Meh, I don't hang around sorority houses. Realized a "Long" time ago that ship had sailed for me.

Half plus 7, that's the age guideline. Works like a champ.

I find the bitterness and jealousy of married DAD to be quite entertaining really. He can let his barbs fly, but at the end of the day I can do pretty much whatever I want, and he's prisoner to one stressed and angry ******.

You would think they would put a larger scoreboard in that place. I guess since they don't play basketball in it so much they can't justify it. But that one is tiny in comparison to Jerry World and hell even the one at Quicken last week.

The one at Quicken is bad ***. Never seen anything like that in a basketball arena.

Will never understand watching a game from that far away. It's miserable. Would much rather watch it at a bar or home.

Re: GYER38-0

I decided to take my boys up for the fan fest and open practice on Friday. Was able to get a pretty good room for Thursday night. Could've just driven up Friday but at their age there are few things in life more exciting than staying in a holiday inn, swimming in an indoor pool and getting ice cream and watching TV in bed, so it should be fun. I haven't been to indi since the tourney in 2005, back when it was still the RCA dome. Is the setup anything like it used to be? IIRC you could access the RCA through tunnels that connected pretty much all of downtown and a bunch of shops/restaurants/etc. Was hoping I could park downtown somewhere and just walk everywhere via the tunnels since the weather looks so awful.

Yeah it is.

I mean it's kind of cool to do once and see 80k people going crazy, but have fun watching the ants.

Did it for the BasketBowl at Ford Field. We literally watched the game on the big screen.

So you wish you'd stayed home?

BBN wouldn't be BBN if the only fans who followed them were the donors or people who could afford Lowers to every game.

I've never sat in extreme high seats, and don't plan on it this weekend either (at least at that price), but certainly won't fault the 30K Cat fans who do.

Can't you just buy any ticket to get in the building, then after the Duke/MSu game, shouldn't you be able to slip down into the vacated seats? And even if the security is checking, couldn't you just buy/beg ticket stubs off of MSU/Duke fans on their way out?

Am I totally wrong here?

* Humblebrag = sat in Mark Cuban's box last year for both Final Four games.

* NOT brag worthy = it was in the 6th or 7th level, behind the baseline, we couldn't see s***, and watched the entire thing on the TurboJumboTron. Thanks a lot, cheapskate.

* So, Richard Pitino may jump to his 2nd major conference gig in as many years, but the Hurley boys are candidates for a bunch of mid-major northeastern schools? I do not understand this.

BIG difference in a December game during the Tubby era and a Final 4 game with an undefeated season on the line, bubba.

It's not about the party for me. It's about the game. So, no, I don't care about going if I have to watch the game from outerspace.

Dufner's 38 and was married to her for 3 years. I don't think they met in college. I doubt she's older than 27/28.

The third-year standout and 2013 Freedom Conference Golfer of the Year parred two holes (
)
, including the 16th hole, which was a par 5.

Didn't you have a 60 one year on #10 at the Eli, Chase?

Close. A 10 on my first hole of the tournament. Really set a nice vibe for the entire day.

I can't even fathom actually completely 18 holes of golf, and shooting 248. I mean, seriously...respect for that girl. Almost everyone on Planet Earth would have quit long before that. That's actually pretty impressive.

at that line. "Standout" is rarely used when describing a player who parred *two* holes, and shot 93.

Dufner. They met in college, but married later. Got it. Also didn't realize he was 38.

Google needs a spinoff search engine, where you type in the name of a celebrity, and it spits out who they're currently crushing. I'm not the People magazine/celebrity gossip type at all, but I'm always intrigued by that....

rachel nichols is pretty dope. i bet she's a little sloot. i wonder who she's nailing?

huh. how about that? currently waxing 2 chainz. used to crush wiz khalifa, bokeem woodbine, mario epps, skull duggery, and the game. interesting. good for her.

Thomas Bryant dominating at McDAA, and being called the best big there by many...

...and he hasn't heard from us in "months", but says it doesn't matter, we're still right there with him.

I want this dude. Plus, if he doesn't go here, it's likely IU, which would instantly make them a very good team if everyone else came back.

With our mass exodus down low, it shouldn't affect things w/ Zimmerman or anyone else for that matter. What are we waiting on?
