If convicted, he may have to register as a sex offender. This situation doesn't belong in the court system. Should be dealt with by the school (suspension, expulsion, detention, etc.).

Did he a least have a big penis? Seems like that is the only benefit of it.

Um, sounds like no. "While the small size of the photograph as published makes the details difficult to discern."

Will they also charge the two teammates who clearly are in on it? Frankly, his punishment should be having to pay for yearbook fixes.

They should give the death penalty for people wasting time with this **** and complaining.

I'd hate to see what would happen to someone mooning today. Nut job triggered tools would probably cry rape and have your life ruined.

I guess common sense and rationality is just too much to ask for here.

[laughing]

Just for the sake of this particular incident, I hope they charge the two friends with sexual assault.

********. Nothing a little $3 Sharpie can't take care of. Of course if it had been me they'd need to use one of those big Magnum 44 markers yo.

Feel my heat.

new yorker had a pretty disturbing article on the subject a while back

one kid went to jail for having consensual contact with a 15 y/o girl before he himself was 18

had ten years of probation upon his release. battery in his ankle bracelet died, he went before the same judge that had initially sentenced him on the probation violation, got ten years in

there was also a girl who was registered as a sex offender for dry humping-type horseplay when she was like 8 years old

hahaha, yep.

"Yo Duncan, that was totally a bro move. But you have the smallest dick on the football team"

Duncan: "Yeah, I know, right. Totally pranked them bro"

:joy:
Using the name Duncan just totally got me. I could see this playing out exactly like that.

Make him/parents pay for the fixed yearbooks, his parents ground him and make him pay them back, he runs extra wind sprints after every practice til he pukes. Problem solved. It's really that easy.

If his parents can't afford it, he can work around the school cleaning and whatnot til they are satisfied.

Lesson learned and no one is paying for a stupid prank the rest of their life.

Yep , don't understand why anyone wants to ruin a teenager's life over something teenagers usually do.....something stupid , a prank , a joke , I'm sure he wasn't trying to "assault" anyone , just kids trying to be funny. Seriously......people need to consider all the facts and the situation before going all APE!

So it's the kids fault that several 'adults' missed the photo and had it printed? Seems like the adults didn't do their job in actually proofing the photos. Surely someone would have caught that if they actually just looked.

The stupidity going on today just makes me so glad I grew up in the age of letting kids be kids.
