Trump is supposed to address these in the near future. One rumor has the administration making each one cost up to $50,000 more per year, making them more expensive than hiring a US worker. On average the H1B IT worker makes $70k. On average the domestic IT worker makes $90k. I would like the $20k bump to make the domestic and H1B IT worker on equal footing, no more than that.

H1B's have always been abused. I've heard way too many stories, even locally, of US workers being laid off and having to train foreigners coming in to do their job.
