maybe he could be in the press box?So what you’re saying is that Drew should watch the games on TV. I’m with you.

I don't understand how you're still confused. Allar will play a well as he can within this system.I know this might be a challenge for you, but read. NFL Scout feedback on Allar is everywhere and it is not good. And if you actually spoke to the Letterman, you would know not only are you wrong, but very wrong.
I have no idea what your last two sentences refer. I will chock that up the aversion to reading.
Care to make any more predictions about PSU beating everyone but O$U? Or that Allar is playing well?
Find another hobby, Skippy, you are embarrassing yourself.
I am not confused. Allar has played for multiple coordinators and approaches. He has played mediocre at best in the aggregate - certainly well beneath his projections as a recruit. He has had poor WRs and/or poorly coached WRs. But he has failed in all the truly big moments. Why would that change as he moves up in class?I don't understand how you're still confused. ESPN also had and article stating two scouts still had him as the top QB. Scouts never all agree.
Many here claim I'm not banned because of who I know...food for thought
He's played in two schemes. Neither suited for a pocket passer.I am not confused. Allar has played for multiple coordinators and approaches. And the bottom line is that there is plenty of film on him now and it is not good. Most learned opinions agree on that emphatically. He plays scared. Not a good look for the most important position in football.
Not sure why you would be banned - you are entitled to your opinion. But it is not one that has proven to be particularly insightful or accurate. But hey, have at it! It serves as a bit of comic relief!
Lando uber alles!
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^I brought this up on Saturday. When did Franklin start carrying a play chart AND why does Franklin need a play chart if he has the greatest staff he has ever had at Penn State?
If only CJF and AK knew that they dejected the wrong schemes. Easy fix: call Lando = National championship. Have you written Kraft? You are the answer! He's played in two schemes. Neither suited for a pocket passer.
Without a supporting cast a QB is usually going to fail. Don't forget. He gave us a lead against ND and Oregon only for the defense to choke
At no time is he scared
You're the one lacking insight big guy
Franklin has been carrying a play chart for as long as I can remember. It's certainly nothing new (and not out of the norm for a head coach).I brought this up on Saturday. When did Franklin start carrying a play chart AND why does Franklin need a play chart if he has the greatest staff he has ever had at Penn State?

This! Every wide receiver coach except Gattis sucked......that seems strange that EVERYONE CJF has hired has flopped. I agree and have stated the same why does he have an offense play card? Is he second guessing his OC?
He's not playing scared. Listen to Landon's recap. If only CJF and AK knew that they dejected the wrong schemes. Easy fix: call Land = National championship. Have you written Krafty. You are tne answer!
if you don’t recognize Drew plays scared, I am not sure there is hope for even the most basic understand if the game.
He's not playing scared. Listen to Landon's recap.
There's no hesitation or confusion as most of the film breakdowns show. It's a bad scheme that no pocket passer will succeed in.If he's playing "scared" it's being too afraid to make a mistake. It most definitely is not scared to take physical punishment. But mostly I'd say he plays hesitant and confused.
The one constant in these situations is always the coach. What if I told you that this coach had receivers in 2023 who couldn't get open, couldn't beat man coverage, didn't run hard and didn't fight for the ball? Then what if I told you his next year he would have different receivers and the exact same problem? Then, what if I told you he would blow up the room, go out and get 3 brand new receivers, and ACTUALLY BE WORSE than his first two years?
Does he have incriminating pictures of Franklin with hookers and blow? Does he have video clips of Kraft stealing steaks at Walmart? Why is this guy still coaching?
Franklin does not call plays. He just doesn't.I brought this up on Saturday. When did Franklin start carrying a play chart AND why does Franklin need a play chart if he has the greatest staff he has ever had at Penn State?
On game days, he does little of anything…right.Franklin does not call plays. He just doesn't.
I am not saying he calls plays, I am saying he has that sheet the meddle enough to limit the effectiveness of what our OC's actually want to run. There is no way all those guys simple forgot football after being successful elsewhere for so many years. Plus the calls in crunch time have almost always looked like the same thing.Franklin does not call plays. He just doesn't.
Saturday was the first game I noticed him with it.I brought this up on Saturday. When did Franklin start carrying a play chart AND why does Franklin need a play chart if he has the greatest staff he has ever had at Penn State?
I still think his best QB was Clark. IMO he was incredibly under appreciated. I would take Clark and anyone of his WR's on this team. His best QB was a FB in the NFL and that sounds like a joke but it's not.
Not a bad choice, great hard nose leader and a better thrower than given credit for. DC was put down by a players family and friends from Downingtown and some of it had zero to do with the play either. I had an email sent to me by someone who made very shady comments about DC and none of it was about his play at all. Now that was just one person, but that person stated they were related to PD and it was disturbing to say the least. Blocked that user and email instantly. It was pure trash.I still think his best QB was Clark. IMO he was incredibly under appreciated. I would take Clark and anyone of his WR's on this team.
Why would you do that?Don’t forget to subtract the punt block for 6.
He's had it for many, many years.Saturday was the first game I noticed him with it.
First I've seen it but then my seats used to be in NEU so it's not like I had a great vantage point. He's had it for many, many years.
I assumed he was referring to offensive points. I’ve since been flogged by the internet and have learned my lesson to have a thorough understanding of the message to which I am replying. I won’t do it again. Why would you do that?
I can't argue that.On game days, he does little of anything…right.
The vloggers that do a lot of film breakdown and know football far better than myself have been saying the WRs don't run good routes, can't get separation when jammed upon release, don't present/make themselves available/use windows properly to allow the QB to get the ball to them, and break off routes early (e.g., stop running towards QB once the ball is released). So that's impacting the short routes. Then Drew can't throw deep because the OL has regressed and he isn't getting time. Drew did fine against UCLA, the main issues were elsewhere.
If we lose another game, which appears likely, I'll be surprised if Hagans even survives to the end of the season. He's been given enough time and personnel changes and it's still not working. He's going to be gone after this year.
