I am not a clemson fan, but I think we need to stop bashing on Clemson online and start beating them on the field, which is something our team has really struggled to do over the last 10 years. That loss to them last year was inexcusable!

Since NIL and the portal started, my hate for Clemson (and any other team really) has gone down quite a bit. Teams aren't made up of kids who chose to go to a given school and embrace their culture and traditions. Teams are business ventures now, with employees who made business decisions to go where they felt like they got the best job offer. I have a hard time building a lot of passion to hate employees of a company.

I'd have a lot of respect for Dabo if he said "college football is no longer what it was and I don't like what it has become" and walked away. He said all the right things when the debate about NIL, transfer portal and pay for play was being debated, but even when everything went against what he said he thought was important, he stayed for the money. Dabo certainly has enough money to retire on, he should take a stand and walk away.
