Happy Thanksgiving! And a big Thank You for this board. I’ve been reading it for a long time.… and it helped me through some tough times ( loss of loved ones especially) and helped me to feel part of the bigger Penn State experience through the happy times. I’ve recently got my hubby interested in it too! . May God continue to bless each of you!

I have not spent much time on this board lately as I try to rekindle the dying dreams of my youth, but I would be remiss if I did not take a moment to give thanks for all those here who have made my life better through years. I won't list names for fear of forgetting someone but I will simply say that my many hours here have been time well spent. Happy Thanksgiving to all and may God bless us, every one.

I don't meet a lot of posters, but I've always been struck by how many I do meet that mention how much the board helped them through some personal issue, tough times, etc., though they never posted about that. It gives me some pride that besides being informative, humorous, and several other things, we also provide some comfort and assistance to a lot of folks who we never know other than their handle, or who we never even know as they never post, and only read the board.
