Served with the 90th Missile Maintenance Squadron, USAF. Helped to keep 200 Minuteman III nuclear ICBMs and 20 command capsules operational and ready to go. Stationed at FE Warren AFB in Cheyenne WY.
Guess I should add my time 1991-2013. US Navy. I found out there is a lot more things in the world than this Kentucky boy ever dreamed or knew about, it was eye opening. I would do it all over again.
Thank you to all who served!! To those willing and able to sacrifice, and put country over self, for all of us. I am eternally grateful to you all!!

USAF 1983-91. Most of first year was basic training and tech school then spent two years in Augsburg Germany as an electronics tech. in a mobility squadron and was actually stationed on an Army kaserne (they loved us! LOL). Last 5 was an offensive avionics tech on B-1B Bomber, Dyess AFB, Abilene TX
When people ask me what I did in the service, my first answer is usually "learned how to get things clean". LOL!

Vietnam vet myself... USAF 1968-72... And proud of it, would gladly do it again...

26 years active duty in the Air Force and my wife did 30 years of active duty in the Air Force- plus she is now a huge UK fan- go Cats !!
