With the limited number of patsy preseason opponents and the toughness of the B1G it will be extremely difficult to get to 20 wins. But this could be a very good Wildcat team!!! What will be the standard for an NCAA bid? B1G might send as many as 10 teams to post season.

Every “expert” I’ve read had NU forecasted for 13th or 14th. We should be much better, but nowhere near that win total. The top 6 or so teams in the B1G are ranked in the top 20. This seems like the deepest team talent level that I can remember in the B1G.

Assume you had some games canceled like most programs, no luck being able to find replacement games? Or did NW have an outbreak themselves?

Well, we only have 24 regular season games, so I'd say the likelihood of us getting to 20 wins is pretty low.

In all seriousness though, with the difficulty of our conference schedule, I think if we win our four non-conference games, which I'd say is very doable, and go 9-11 in conference, we'd have a real shot of getting in at 13-11.
