Not going there. I will assume WR is ON FU**ING schedule despite the wet winter La Niña implies.

well, it was SUPPOSED to be finished April-May, but the last public announcement said "in time for Fall camp". Hope they let a fixed price bid for the construction or the cost will have spiraled out of control.

Really hard to tell what is being done now that 90% of the work is inside. They were not working on Sundays for a long time but now for the past month, there does seem to be Sunday Activity. I don't know if that means anything.
