This is a question I've asked myself a lot recently and was interested in other people's opinions.
I'm 40 so my fandom almost equally overlaps the advent of the Internet. Growing up I learned to love UK through my grandpa and uncles, and remember when recruiting tidbits came in the form of newspaper articles and 30 second clips on the news.
I joined the boards around the time of Tubby's super class, and have been hooked ever since. Now every minutiae of recruiting, coaching, and players' lives are dissected and discussed, with input from diehard fans, casual fans, and rivals and trolls.
Is it better now or back in the "good ole days"? I'm torn on the issue but would like to hear what you all have to say.
