Leave after winning a NCAA D1 championship in basketball, football, or baseball?
How about NBA, NFL, or MLB?
How about leaving after back-to-backs in any of those?

Pitino left UK in 1997 after just barely missing out on two national championships in a row. And he would have still left had he actually won it in 1997.

Wright retired after a final four, not a title.

but the correct question is has a coach ever left for another college job immediately after winning the title. Wooden retired..... and others have left for the pro's but no one has ever moved to another college job that very off season.
